Rebecca and Michael are definitely made for each other. It’s all in the eyes, in the way Rebecca looks at Michael, and the way he looks back.

They had a gorgeous, relaxed, and intimate ceremony at Fairfield Manor just outside York.

Rebecca’s stunning and unusual bouquet of sunflowers was by Blumen Delightful:

I loved Rebecca’s short wedding dress by Bertex Bride. It set the relaxed scene for the whole wedding day:

Rebecca and Michael are BIG football fans, so by kind permission of York City Football Club we went over to their grounds for some couple shots:

Susie: Really great shots and as you say, the love shines right through. Top bouquet as well!

Stewart Randall: Love the football stand photos!

Hayley Oats: Wow that bouquet is so cool. Fantastic shots as always R, you seem to attract great couples to work with and capture the best of them.

Andrew and Lindsey make each other giggle and laugh. They are so easy to get along with, and are not afraid to be silly, which is the best combination!

We went to the Crab and Lobster for their engagement photos. The gardens are quiet and filled with nooks and crannies that are every photographers dream.

Lindsey and Andy are getting married in a few weeks time, they are both very creative and are making a lot of the details for the wedding themselves; I’ve seen some of the paper they are using and I can tell you it’s going to be good!

Susie: These are really lovely. I particularly like the one through the leaves. She's going to be a gorgeous bride - lucky you getting to photograph these two and lucky them having you as their photographer.

Chris MAcKenzie: Simple and beautiful. I love the two black and whites it's as if you aren't even there.

Stewart Randall: As Susie says... she's going to be a gorgeous bride. Looking forward to the wedding photos.

Sarah Wright: Gorgeous Rebecca! I also love the one through the leaves.

Hayley Oats: Gorgeous couple and stunning photos, can't wait to see their wedding pictures. Love the one through the leaves and the sense of fun and love coming from each photo

They say you are connected to everyone by six degrees of separation. David went to the same university as my friends boyfriend, and they lived in the same house. When Emma and Jules got married 4 years ago, I photographed their wedding (and doubled as a guest!), but Helen and David were in Japan and couldn’t make it. When Helen and David got married last weekend, Emma and Jules were away, and unfortunately couldn’t make it. So, it must have been fate that at some point I would meet Helen and David!

Their wedding was held at Helen’s parents house in the stunning North Yorkshire dales, and they had paid incredible attention to detail. Every aspect of the wedding was as stunning as the scenery.

Helen’s gorgeous 1920’s inspired Jenny Packham dress:

Inside the PapaKata Marquee. This is no ordinary marquee, it is more like a tipi and looks amazing inside and out:

My favourite detail, a sweetie table flanked by photos of Helen and David’s parents on their wedding days!

The florists at Hart Company did an amazing job with the flowers, the bouquets screamed understated elegance and the flowers in the PapaKata tents were just stunning:

Peter Lawson: Looks like an amazing wedding! Love the confetti shot - how awesome is that!?

Laura Lawson: Wow these are awesome! Your detail shots are fantastic. Helen's dress is a total show stopper, and the marquee is one of the coolest things I have ever seen!

Susie: Absolutely gorgeous. I love them all.

Chris: Fantastic images Rebecca. I love the one of the little girl witnessing the signature, it's my favourite.

Hayley Oats: WOW! The tipi looks amazing, the dress stunning and the little girl watching the signing of the register beautiful, my favourite too! As always your detail shots rock! :o)

Emma: A brilliant set of shots, Rebecca. I particularly love the registry signing too. But as a self-confessed sweetie-addict that 'help yourself' table wins it for me.

Val Helen's mum: Rebecca, you have captured a perfect day in the most amazing way. Helen and Dave look so relaxed and happy, to me it feels like you have photographed their hearts. Bless you x

Stewart Randall: I love her dress and you've captured their day in such a relaxed manner. First class imagery,

Ruth Tate: Rebecca, you've done such an amazing job capturing this wedding. I absolutely love the detail photos! Well done!

Not that she needs it, but Dean looks after Liz. It is so obvious how much he cares about her from the way he looks at her, and from the way she looks back, anyone can see she feels exactly the same way.

One of Liz and Dean’s first dates was in Staithes, a gorgeous fishing village near Whitby, so they choose to go back there for their engagement photos. It was an excellent choice, what could be better than sun, sea and sand?!

Peter Lawson: Lovely work as usual. Really like the last one and the shot with the boats in the background - what a great setting for a photoshoot!

Sarah: I love these pics Becky! Especially the cuddling one on the steps and the last one - perfect romantic lighting. You're definately going to have to do some just like this for me and Andrew! Can't wait for you to photograph our wedding in less than 2 weeks!

It poured down so hard on the Friday, we were all afraid the marquee would have washed away by Saturday. Saturday came, and the sunshine came with it. Brandon and Philippa had the perfect weather for the perfect day, and everything went to plan.

I have included exposure information for anyone that is interested!

Isn’t this the most unusual bouquet you’ve ever seen? It’s a testament to how relaxed Brandon and Philippa were about the wedding. When the The Greenhouse suggested they’d create something unique, they said go for it, and it works really well! All the flowers were amazing.

Philippa has an amazing laugh. The kind of laugh that you just have to laugh along with! The car is from David Anthony and the drivers were the nicest ever:
