Little Keegan was born three weeks early, so when I photographed him at two weeks old, he should have still been in Mummy’s tummy. I think he is the smallest baby I’ve even held, yet alone photographed! You can see for yourself how cute he is:

I’m now offering a ‘Watch Them Grow’ program for new babies, with three mini portrait photography sessions over the course of their first year. I will photograph them in the studio at Newby Hall when they are newborn, six months old, and then again at one year. It’s amazing how much babies change in their first year, and what better way to document it?! Each photography session will last for 30 minutes, and the whole program will cost £125. This is a perfect gift for a new Mum in Yorkshire. Just get in touch if you’d like one of our portrait vouchers to give to a new Mum (or yourself!).

Carrie: He's gorgeous! SO tiny! LOVE the first image. And really like the soft black and white you've chosen. The blanket/wrap thing you've got is adorable! His family will treasure these photos for years to come.

Olivia was a dream to photograph, cute, chubby and happy.  What more could a photographer ask for?!  I love photographing happy babies!

In some very exciting news, I have almost completed the move to the new photography studio at Newby Hall! I have the exclusive use of their stunning grounds for child, family and couple portraits, and baby photographs will take place in the studio. If you are interested in family portrait photography please just give me a call.

Photos of the studio to follow soon! It’s close to York and Harrogate, so convenient for people traveling from the whole of Yorkshire for portrait photographs, or to discuss their wedding photography!
